No Kings Vote Early Week

This October, Clatsop County is joining more than 2,500 Indivisible groups across the country for a nationwide non-partisan push to VOTE EARLY, and we're making it a celebration. Our goal is to turn out the largest early voting day in the history of this county. We're shifting the focus from what we're against to what we're for: free and fair elections, strong communities, and a government that answers to the people. Join us for a festive pro-democracy march and a countywide Day of Action, then make sure your ballot is in early.

OCTOBER 17 KICKOFF

Join us Saturday, October 17, for the start of a week of voting early, and a festive, positive demonstration of what we're for: free and fair elections, strong communities, and a government that answers to the people. We'll begin with our regular community meeting at 10:30 at Grace Episcopal Church, then head out on a pro-democracy march from 16th & Franklin to 16th & Marine, our usual spot, staying on the south side of the street. Bring your signs, a joyful, celebratory, attitude, and some friends!

Everyone is welcome, however you get there. If you're not up for walking the route, head straight to 16th & Marine (south side) and start the celebration. The marchers will arrive to join you, so you'll be at the heart of it from the beginning. Then keep the momentum going all week making your plans, and dropping your ballot in the box on Oct. 24.

OCTOBER 24 DAY OF ACTION:

All Together Now-Drop Your Ballot in the Box

Let's make it a party! On October 24, we're inviting everyone in Clatsop County to take their ballot to a drop box together and turn it in as a celebration of democracy. Grab your neighbors, your family, and your friends, fill out your ballot, and make the trip to a drop box a joyful occasion. Wear red, white, and blue, bring a sign, a noisemaker, or a camera, and cheer on everyone who turns theirs in. Voting early means your voice is counted, and doing it together makes it more fun.

INCO will be announcing actions and activities to Get Out The Vote and Vote Early soon. Stay informed by signing up for our newsletter and attending our community meetings.
