About Us
INCO emerged from the Astoria Women’s March, when several hundred people began meeting just two weeks later on February 1, 2017.
To meet the challenges posed to democracy and the rule of law by the second Trump administration, INCO is undergoing an organizational restructuring aimed at enhancing our efficiency, agility, and flexibility. It will take the collaborative efforts of all of us, and there is a place for you in this endeavor.
Based in Clatsop County, we are not affiliated with any political party. We align with individuals and groups who share our commitment to democracy and the US Constitution.
INCO is one of more than forty Indivisible groups in Oregon and one of more than a thousand Indivisible groups across America.
Since 2017 INCO has held rallies, protests, and vigils; presented inspiring speakers and conferences; hosted numerous gatherings to write to voters; appeared at Congressional town halls, Ales and Ideas, and other local events; assisted with elections for candidates, issues, and ballot measures; sponsored an essay contest for high school students; held voter registration drives; done road clean-ups and other service projects in our community.
